I teach women and men of all ages and physical conditions. My clients include athletes as well as people who have never enjoyed exercise before. One special focus of mine is designing workouts especially for new and expectant mothers.

Your first session with me begins with an assessment of your body and your goals. After that, no two sessions are exactly alike. Because learning new movement is part of what makes Pilates challenging—in a good way. Using the traditional Pilates apparatus and mat work, we will work together to get you to where you want to be. 

My commitment to you is this: I will meet you where you are and guide you toward the fundamental goal of Pilates, uniform development. That means improving your posture and alignment, breathing and stamina, energy level and body shape. After your workouts, you will almost certainly feel muscles you didn’t know you had. And you will love how your newfound body awareness stays with you in other areas of your life.
